How does it work?

About us
We are data scientists and specialists in monitoring, evaluation, learning and social research, with expertise across a wide range of substantive areas.
We started our journey as ZK Analytics, an Oxford-based data analytics consultancy founded in 2014, specialising in complex analytics, measurement and impact evaluation in the social sector.
Dr Zsolt Kiss is a behavioural data scientist with a combination of expertise at the intersection of data science, evaluation, and social statistics. Zsolt has an extensive track record in advising public and third-sector organisations to better design, implement and interpret research and has focused on developing data science applications to social research.
Georgia Plank is a former DFID adviser and MEL expert with extensive experience of working with donors, multilateral agencies and development banks. In addition to qualitative research, previous work has included technical advisory to programme design and implementation. Most recently, she has worked with clients to pilot innovative approaches to monitoring, evaluation and learning.
